Due to our decades of experience and expertise in mining, mineral processing, beneficiation and up-gradation of industrial and precious minerals, we employ the same technology in Diatomaceous mining and processing –
Selective Mining – Diatomaceous Earth is a sedimentary deposit, with layers and intrusion of different minerals that downgrade the quality of DE. We do very selective mining so that we take out only the DE bearing mineral vein and keep them separately on the stockyard platform.
Selective Grading – All the white silica material that comes out of DE mines is not Diatomaceous Earth. On the platform we hand pick the Diatomaceous Earth lumps and discard the other waste material. These selected lumps are then dried and loaded on trucks for transport to the factory.
Secondary Selection – At our factory at Jaipur, the material again undergoes sorting process and the selected material is then again dried.
The selected and dried material is then sent to the plant for final processing.
